I am an applied researcher interested in corporate finance and macro-finance.
My research examines how debt contracts and control rights shape firm behavior and aggregate outcomes, with a particular focus on financial covenants, loan renegotiation, and financial stability.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I received a BSc in Statistics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.
